    Hi mike,

    Hope you are doing well sir.

    in questions where there is identify a risk or ethical and professional issues and recommend actions is it okay to write your answer in tabular format such as Issue, Explanation and recommendation.

    Yes, that’s fine

    Just make sure of the requirement verb!

    If it says “Discuss …” or “Explain …” (and others … criticise, support, justify and similar) then a tabular format would not really be appropriate

    OK?
