Synergy managers and Parental developers

My understanding is that Synergy Managers enhance the value of SBU by sharing resources and activity, Can they share the management expertise? In that case, Is the Corporate acting as Synergy managers or Parental developers?

You are correct about synergy managers. If they begin sharing expertise they would then become parental developers – which I suppose is a special way of obtaining synergy.
