Hello !
When evaluating whether a company is overtrading or not, is it enough to show the final number of an accounting ratio or do I have to show the calculations and the workings.
For example, is it enough to show just the receivable days i.e 20 days or do i have show the calculation which led to those 20 days in my answer.
If it is a Section C question, then you should show the workings (to make sure you get the marks for the approach, even if you make a silly calculator mistake and end up with the wrong answer).
Alright. Got it. Thank you !
You are welcome 🙂
