I’m not such an encyclopedic person!
The only really major change (that I can recall) is the revisions to the audit reports content, layout, emphasis and format
There are a couple of technical articles on the subject (you’ll find them on the P7 home page on this site) that you should read at least 4 or 5 times until you are totally familiar with them
