Dear Sir, I need some clarification on the following issues:
Is ARR in our syllabus??
and whether we are required to know how to prepare a full fleshed master budget in F2 exams?

Yes – ARR is in the syllabus.

You could not be asked to prepare a full master budget in the exam.
