Hi, is european court of justice longer included in the (ENG) variant due to brexit? If yes, have the lectures and notes been updated accordingly?
Below is the extract from the ACCA website English Law paper syllabus, changes since the previous syllabus
You will see that in part A1(b) of the syllabus, the title of which is ‘Law and the legal system’, the syllabus has been amended to remove the ECJ
“A1b) Law and the legal system The removal of the European Court
of Justice”
