May I know what changes there have been as from September 2017 for the f4 English variant?
Are these big changes?None that should worry you. The law syllabus changes very rarely – it always reminds me of a bulk-carrier ship that, when trying to stop and putting its engines into reverse, still moves forward for 7 miles (1.2 kilometers) before it eventually comes to a stop
The F4 syllabus changes about as fast as that ship can stop
