Dear Tutor,
I checked the latest syllabus about non-current assets, there is no topic ” evaluate and apply the accounting for, and disclosure of , government grants and other forms of government assistance”
Should I keep studying it or leave it alone?

You should know the basics. The standard is simply a reflection of MATCHING income and expenditure.
