Whichever you want though I doubt that Hong Kong or Vietnam variants would be of much interest to you.
Many, many students do English variant (because they are based in England)!
Many of the non-UK based students do the Global variant.
There is a full suite of lectures on this site for the English variant of which around 60% are relevant too for the global variant.
There are no lectures specifically for the global variant on this site.
There are flash cards and mock exams for both English and global variants and, of course, you can always post a question on this site on the Ask the Tutor page and I shall get back to you as soon as possible
I don’t believe that there is a Mauritius variant, but there are variants for places like Botswana
