Dear sir,

Can internal intention can be identified as strength or opportunity?
For example, a director intent to expand the market share, can it be identified as strength/opportunity?

I suppose that an intention, being internal is more of a strength than an opportunity, though I don’t think it matter much. Could even be a weakness/threat if the intention were wrong.
