what is the defination of SWOT Analysis ?
and what is the description of belbin team roles’s character ?thanks in advance.
SWOT analysis is for environment analysis. in order to analysis the organisational environment we use it.
S=strength of the organisation. which should be exploited by suitable strategies.
W=weakness of the org. which should be improved.
O= opportunity of the org. we need to identify the opportunity. these opportunities can be exploited by strengths.
T=threats. org faces many threats by the environment in which it’s working. identify these threats and protect the org from these.
The first 2 are internal. & the second 2 are external factors.
