do i need to replace the word house of lords by supreme court in the rest of the chapters for instance..in the case where it is said that the House of Lords relied on policy reasons for not imposing a duty of care…do i need to replace house of lords by supreme court?
You could always say ” ….the Supreme Court ( formerly the House of Lords ) …” but I think I’d be content just to refer to it as the Supreme Court
