Are Coordinating resources and Motivating employees tasks of operational supervisors? For me only Cordinating resources What about Motivating employee?
It seems to me that he distinctions between the functions of managers and supervisors vary from organisation to organisation and that there are no universal lists.
Both of these could be managerial functions, but if I had to choose I would suggest that coordinating resources (eg setting budgets) is managerial but motivation is more likely to be the supervisor as the supervisor has day by day and hour by hour contact.
