Dear Tutor. Need help with another question.
A supervisor is a filter between managerial and non-managerial staff
Is this statement True or False?
I would say that’s it TRUE, though the use of the word ‘filter’ is odd not one I would use in this context. Certainly in a management hierarchy the order is:
Manager – Supervisor – Operative/non-managerial staff.
