Does anyone know where i can find a summary of all the IAS and IFRS?
All I can find is iasplus.com which is fine but much longer than what I’d like. I’d really prefer a one or two line summary of each. Of course that won’t cover every situation but I just want to get an overall picture of what they say.

Names of the standards can be enough in general, I think : )
Because every paragraph may contain important information, and if someone works with IFRS, he should be aware of every paragraph and how to interpret it.
If you pass F7, you will have summary of each standard in your head : )

If you are preparing for F8 as well then in F8 Kaplan textbook you will find summaries of all auditing standard, IAS and IFRS standards at the end of text book.
