    Dear Mr. John,

In my location there is only paper-based exam from F5 onward. Twice it is happened to me, that I could not solve the entire paper which result in failure. In December 2017, for F5 I was unable to solve the last question of Section-C. When I reached to last question, time was over and the same happened to me with F6 in March 2018 sitting.

Kindly, advise me how to manage time in paper based exam and suggestion to solve Section-C regarding calculation, Working Notes and discussion / interpretation of scenario given in question.

In both exam, I got 43 marks by not writing the last part.

The important thing is to allocate your time (1.8 minutes per mark) and attempt every part of every question.
It is better to have attempted every part (even if none of the parts are complete finished) than to finish some parts and leave other parts not attempted.

You need to get at least 50% on each part of every question to be certain of passing, and the first 50% of the marks on each part are always much quicker to get than the time it takes to get the remaining 50%.

I assume you have a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers (if not then you must buy one), and you should practice the questions under exam conditions and in the time – not looking at the answers until you have finished your attempt. That way you get more used to the time pressure.
