a finance lease – the commercial reality is that it’s our asset. But legally, title remains with the lessor

hi. my company bought mezzanine flooring and leased it for 4 years. how do i treat this in my books?

Is it a finance lease or an operating lease? Answer that question, and the accounting entries are then as per the course notes
