Hello sir,
Can you explain the calculation for subsidy benefit of Amberle and Tippletine?
And why did Tippletine has subsidy tax relief lost?
Thank you ?
The subsidised interest rate is 2.5% – 0.3% = 2.2%.
The normal interest rate is 5%.
Therefore the benefit of the subsidy is 5 – 2.2 = 2.8%
They will only get the tax relief on the interest paid and so they are losing tax relief on the amount of the subsidy.
Thank you sir 🙂
You are welcome 🙂
