Hi just want to get a little clarification on what is meant when they say “before/after the financial statement is issued” .
Does issue mean – sent to thoes charged with governance? Or does it mean that it is already packaged by the client with other documents (eg CEO’s report) and sent to the shareholder’s?
Please clarify. Thanks.
