Recommendations are not compulsory as long as you have a conclusion so as @Ehsan has implied and I say: Chill baby, chill! 🙂

I have some general questions regarding the submission:
1: For the graphs i used in my RAP, do i have to save each of the details pertaining to the graph in separate excel file, or i can save it as separate sheets in one worksheet? as there is a limit of 8 appendix2: The topic i chose was 17- corporate governance, in HSBC-2015. and for the RAP i have used annual report for HSBC 2014,2015,2016, and have used the annual report in so many cases, and been mentioning the page numbers in reference. So in the appendix, do i have to upload all the annual reports or do i have to start extracting the pages i used from each annual report?. and also i have used annual reports for comparators as well. Or do i just have to leave them in the reference list with the link i used to extract the pdf files?
3: And another question is about word count. I am on the RAP and the words in the pictures are not counted automatically, so do i have to count the words and numbers in the Graphs and tables separate and add them to the word count.

Arathy1) Saving in one workbook is enough – you can name that sheet as ratios etc…
2) You don’t need to extract pages from annual reports – given that you have referenced correctly and stated the page number in the reference All is fine.
3) If you graph/tables only contains minimal words like labelling then no need to count.

Well as i said my topic is on corporate governance, the graphs are on mainly comparison , gender diversity, audit fees comparison and so on, so should i just name the sheets as a,b,c , and refernece under the graph as source appendix 1 sheet a,and my graph contains, label, heading, and legends

i would not have to keep them in the appendix if i have referenced them?May 7, 2017 at 3:04 pm #385206This is T17 not T8 so it is fine just to reference annual reports (the actual pages in the text ref are a good idea where it is from the written part of the report). Actual financial statements are not required.
One excel workbook with pages showing how you made the graphs and charts from figures should satisfy the IT requirement.

What is the format for the file names? All i know is that name is not allowed and ACCA ID should be used. how about 12345678_RAP, 12345678_SLS, 12345678_PRESENTATION, etc

ACCA id should be used in the report cover page, presentation front slide and excel at top of first sheet.
While name your files – just write RAP, SLS, APPENDICES, PRESEBTATION.
There are no strict rules though, you can also name them like RAP- your organisation name (ABC RAP) and so on.
Remove numbers though it looks odd.

Dear Sir/ Maam,
I have been trying to upload my Research files but I am having issues as the option to Attach “Project File & Skills File” is not available.
I was thinking if I could Attach the Project File and SLS file in the Appendix section and lebel them. Please help me out.
May 12, 2017 at 8:54 pm #386024These files are normally uploaded separately. Yes you could try loading them as appendices with appropriately named files. If not, any issues with uploading have to be addressed to acca@brookes.ac.uk sooner rather than later

So although it may technically be possible to be uploaded I think it will stay in an interface until a confirmed clear payment is received.

just as the title, my microsoft office is the newest version which is word 2016 and powerpoint 2016.
when i click the choose file button on the summition page, it does not recognized the file which created by word 2016 and ppt either .
So what do i need to do to deal with that, i tried to converte to word 97- 2003, it does regonized by the system, but all the new feature which from word 2016 can not be save to the older version which casued some of the chart are out of shape and data, this is horrible , even the system does not updata them self

May 16, 2017 at 10:11 pm #386558Email acca@Brookes.ac.uk enclosing your files unless you can convert them to Office 2010 which I think is generally accepted. I suspect the issue is that not all the markers have Word 2016 (some of are not on the campus and use earlier versions of MS Office)

Interest cost and share price, also dividend are not directly included in FS , but only appear in footnotes of annual report, when i screen shots my appendices , some of the figure are missed out as they are in different pages of annual report.
As report already summit , just want to ask that will this cause failure of my RAP, if the marker can not find the related figureS in my appendix for above few items ???
