Upon submission my Presentation loaded and then after second check after payment it disappeared. I realized this and sent an email to the oxford Brookes email they asked for a copy of the presentation of which i sent and said they would upload it if my submission reflects without a presentation, but after reading the comments on this forum i am a bit worried whether they will accept the email as proof of submission
You should stop worrying. If they said your Presentation would be manually uploaded then at this,stage you have to trust that it was. The fact that you notified them immediately and they replied should be kept as evidence.
In the unlikely event that you are failed for lack of a Presentation you would query it then supplying your email evidence. (Should it be failed for other reasons would of course indicate that the marker had actually been able to download it and had seen it).
