is sublease topic important for sbr?

kaplan didnt include it in thier study text but its included in acca study hub?

i am finding it difficult to understand the concept?
is there any opentuition lecture about sublease?i have searched it but cudnt find

Sub leases are included in our course notes and our leasing lectures.

They are new in the syllabus for the September 2024 sitting.
