sub-associates or joint ventures in case study Q?

Hi there!
Do you think that it is possible to have a sub-associate or a joint venture in the case study question?

And are there any chances that a cash flow will come up again? If it is not in the case study, it cant come up elsewhere, can it? So maybe I can skip this topic during my preparation?
