    Hi,

I work full time, and will have only 7 weeks to prepare for my June ’12 exams (thought I expect I’ll have a good 2 or 3 months more than that for the December ’12 sitting).

Assuming I clear all the papers I sat in the December ’11 sitting, and am granted an exemption I’ve claimed, I’ll have finished the Fundamentals module.

I’m contemplating on writing P1 and P5 this June. Is it possible to do justice to P5 in 7 weeks, considering I’ll be studying another subject alongside that? I self-studied F5, and cleared with 89%, so I feel I’m fairly competent with the subject, though I’ve really no idea how different it will be writing the Professional module.

    Thank you!

P5 contains many elements from F5 so your good mark there will be helpful. The other major overlap is between P3 and P5. P1 is rather stand alone, so I would suggest you consider P3 instead of P1.

So it’s possible to adequately cover both in 7 weeks? I’m especially nervous considering I’m self studying, but would really consider it a waste of a session if I sat just one paper this June.
