I am doing self study and is unemployed but some one gave me a P2 2012 to 2013
study text.
Can I used it?

I would imagine there would have been quite a few changes to the P2 syllabus since 2012 but do not know for certain.
May I suggest you download the Open Tuition notes as these are up to date and start using these?
Then along with the videos and a quality revision book you will have all the knowledge you will need for the exam.
Then it simply comes down to time management and technique.
