The change in syllabus from 2018-2019 to 2019-2010 exams is minimal. However I do not keep copies of earlier syllabuses and so I really cannot remember what changes there have been since the 2016-2017 syllabus.
There must be a syllabus printed in the Study Text that you have, so best is to compare it with the current syllabus on the ACCA website.
