Am planing to do f7 in dec 2014 can i use kalpan book jan2013-31aug 2014 ornid any updated kit ?is there many changes in the topic of f7

No, I believe that you’ll need an up-to-date book – at least an up-to-date revision kit with lots of mcqs in there
In addition, IAS 41 Agriculture has been added to the syllabus and I’m predicting in early August that Agriculture will feature as an exam question in December 2014
