How are you Sir, Hope your doing well. I wanted to know that I have Corporate and business law (CL ENG) Valid from 1 Sep 2017 – 31 Aug 2018.Can I use the study text and kit for current exam or are there changes I need to consider. Thanks a lot for the help Sir.
Hi Emad,
I would recommend you obtain a more uptodate version of the Law notes as some changes have taken place between 2017 and 2021.

Will opentuition notes and lectures and kaplan kit be okay or Study text is must?I’ve not checked the position of the law notes with reference to recent changes in law and / or syllabus
But such is the nature of the subject that the existing notes will be substantially correct to give you a solid base for your preparation
Of course, it’s absolutely essential that you obtain an up-to-date revision kit from one of the ACCA approved providers and, where there are occasional divergencies between the notes and the up-to-date legal position, it will quickly become apparent
