Hi, Mike. I’d like to know your opinion on using the study text if one wishes to score well in the exam (preferably in the 80s). It’s quite important for me to score good marks as I’d like a first class OBU degree.
Or can I score well by just practicing the BPP exam kit questions over and over again?

One more thing, I have a study text that was valid till August 2020, have there been any syllabus changes till now? I’m only aware of the removal of European Court of Justice

You’re correct about the syllabus changes

Now, 80s? Others before you have certainly claimed to have scored in the 80s (and even 90s) by using just the Opentuition material

I can’t advise you to ignore the study text with your underlying agenda of wanting a top score. I think that I would ask myself ‘What is likely to be the marginal benefit of suffering the intense detail of a study text? Or would my time be better spent by constant and frequent repetition of the questions in a Revision Kit?’

You might seriously consider buying an Exam Kit from the ‘other’ approved publisher (Kaplan) simply to give you more questions to practice with although, to be honest, I imagine that there will be an enormous amount of cross-over. How can there not be?

    I hope that that helps
