Study technique P5 Help!!!!

Hi all,
I’m currently down to my last papers p5 and p7.i use self study .I don’t know the right technique to adopt.
I have a very poor memory and it takes time for me to comprehend revision kit answers .
Work has also being demanding meaning I can only practice a few questions a day and watch one OPen tuition video .
I’m scared that I havent prepared well enough.

Any advice from anyone on how to efficiently study for p5 and p7
