I’d like to take F9 exam in March but I wont be able to start studying until February. Is that enough time for the March attempt? This will be my first exam in the Applied Skills level.
You are not giving yourself much time – it is a hard exam. It would be better to find a way of starting to study earlier (or if not then I would suggest delaying the exam until June).
You not only need to study for the exam (either by using our free lectures or using a Study Text from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers), but you also need to work through all the past exam and other exam questions in a Revision Kit (which you need to buy from one of the Approved Publishers), because question practice is vital to passing the exam.
I decided to start studying from today instead of february. Will that be sufficient? And also, do I need to remember the material I studied in F2?
Yes – that should give you enough time 🙂
The only topic from Paper MA (was F2) that is repeated in Paper FM is basic investment appraisal.
Okay, thank you.
You are welcome 🙂
