    Whether there is a need to attend coaching classes for P2 inorder to pass the exam or it can be studied by alone by using textbooks and revision kits. Kindly reply please

    It depends on how strong your reporting knowledge is. If you can handle the complex IAS scenarios without panicking then you are good to go by self study.

    I found taking classes, useless, as P2 has to be done by thinking on ones feet as a Manager. Think of your self as some knowledgeable adviser and the exam questions as questions from your clients.

    Some people just cant get their heads around the T accounts and double entries and so face problems.

    Watch lectures here and post on Ask the Tutor forums if you come across anything you dont understand.
