Hello! I just wanted to ask what is the best study plan I can adopt to prepare for the exams F1 and F3…whether to go through the course notes first and then the lectures or otherwise? Thanks!

Lecture, notes, then attempt lots of questions. We recommend that you buy a revision kit from a publisher such as Kaplan or BPP.
