Study materials for f4 & choosing law paper

Hi
Is it suitable to use 2nd hand study books i can pickup now for future papers on this topic or is it risky with legislation changes that might change certain aspects.
Also, whats the significance of doing english law versus international law? Does this impact on qualification status? Many thanks

Only use the old textbook if you can find out the changes in legislation or syllabus. If it’s only a year old then usually there’s an article on the ACCA website with information of the updates.
There is no impact on the quaulification status so you can sit either paper.
