Hi,
I am struggling with a question that asks me to describe the structural changes that have occurred in an organisation. Is there a particular model for this? I keep miixing it up with strategic changes which is balogun and haliey.
Please how do i answer this question? thanks.
There is no model relating to structural changes. You have to respond to the information in the question. For example, it could describe:
Moving to a divisional structure
Tall/narrow to wide/flat
Centralisation/decentralisation
Moving to matrix structure or virtual structure, etc
