    Hi,

    Please explain me this school of thought.

    STRUCTURE FOLLOWS STRATEGY: What this means is that organisations develop strategies in order that they can cope with changes in the structure of an organisation.

    I don’t know where you got that from – its more relevant to the Paper F1 exam than to F2.

    However, a business needs to decide on its strategy first (where it intends to focus in the future etc.), and then structure the business in whatever way will best help to achieve those aims.

    BPP do go a bit over-the-top 🙂
    (That is why their Study Text is so big. Our Course Notes are more than enough 🙂 )
