    Hi Pals

I would like to advise some candidates that took P3 more than 2 sittings. Let me relate a truth account to you that one of my friend who took P3 since year 2011 and he finally passed in year 2014 June sittings.

He failed P3 several times not because he didn’t study it is because his linguistic in English is weak. He couldn’t understand the case as well as requirement. Moreover, he had problem in expressing himself.

He share with me his experiences of success on this exam

    1. Do not attempt any questions until you are ready. Read the exam case studies again and again as well as understand the requirements. He added once you understand the requirements Eg PESTEL you would know it is an assessment of company strategic position whether they are vulnerable to the change of the external factors. Immediately you would understand the case irregardless any industry.

Go youtube select the lecture topic that you are not very familiar listen over and over again.

As he notices wef Dec13 there is always a report writing. Therefore he suggests to me to write a report in an easy, sweet, and easiest readable report. Do not use Lawyer or Doctor English.

He gives me an example how he wrote the report

    June 2014
    Report
To: The management of VI Venture
    Date: 9/6/14
    From:Business Analyst
Re:ASSESSMENT OF STRATEGIC POSITION OF RELINK

I am writing this report to provide my professional judgement using SWOT analysis to access Relnk Strategic Position for computer printer market in Eland

    Introduction on SWOT Analysis
SWOT (Strength, weakness, Opportunities Threat) analysis is a business tools to evaluate the company business strategies and its situation in the market.

    Strength
My friend went into a short sentence intro the strength (assets, human etc….

Always relate to the case of RELNK.

He said don’t waste time write stories on SWOTS….

Lastly insert a conclusion whether this company is in a strong or weak position suggest whether to acquire or dont. He said it dosent matter if you form a wrong opinion. To play safe, HE SUGGESTS ALWAYS Add this sentences since “the market conditions is BOUNDED RATIONALE” whether to undertake the acquisition it depend of the company risks appetite
