In this case case they ask monthly but yet they choose witht tactical instead
I thought operational refers to daily day to day activities and not monthly activitesMy answer was tactuical because tactical is within a year and happens usually most of the time but not everyday
The expression ‘Day-to-day’ does not mean literally every day. It is the on-going running of the operations which includes checking regularly if things are operating in line with the budget and attempting to correct anything that is going wrong.
Tactical involves short-term planning e.g. preparing budgets for the following year.
