    1. Open a new market overseas next 4years
    – TACTICAL
New market overseas commonly should be STRATEGIC but the question mentioned 4 years, it should be TACTICAL? (<5years)

    2. Hiring 10 manager next year
    – TACTICAL

    Is this correct?

    Thanks.

    The second one is tactical.

The first one is strategic. There is no rule about 5 years.

Have you watched my free lectures on this? The lectures are a complete free course for Paper MA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

Yes. I’ve watched the lecture note.
    The note mentioned strategic planning
long-term plans (e.g. 5 to 10 years) for the business

Yes, but e.g. is ‘for example’, it is not giving a rule.

Finding a new market overseas will be long-term – it will be intended to go on for many years.

(And I hope you mean to write that you have watched the lecture 🙂 Using the notes without watching the lectures would be completely pointless. )
