Your answer in respect of My previous problem that I posted was too much helpful to me . Again I wanna gives you thanx. My current problem is strategic choice vs strategic option.
Question : I can’t distinguish between strategic option and strategic choice . Those are seen to me almost similar . And also facing difficulties to separate model under those two heading.
Could you please clear me difference between two (option and choice) and relevant model under two heading ( strategic option and strategic choice)
Hoping your answers available soon .
Thanx in advance.February 28, 2018 at 11:31 am #439363Options are what you could do. For example, open abroad, take-over another company, develop a new product, move up-market.
Choise is what you decide to do. For example, open abroad.
