Strategic groups are organization in same industry with similar strategic characteristics or compete on same basis
For example newspaper industry strategic groups are
Some organization compete on quality of paper
Some on price of paper,quality of information,some gives news of whole country some gives news world wide some compete by giving sport news,health and entertainment news
Is my answer regarding newspaper industry is correct
