How many forms can a strategic alliance take place in and what are those forms?
FOr eg joint ventures etc
Thanks
A strategic alliance is when two or more organisations agree to cooperate and share resources.
A JV is a formal strategic alliance. A licensing agreement can also be a strategic alliance. Strategic alliances can also not fall into a normal arrangement. For example, airlines can agree to code share and transfer passengers from one to the other.
