In b calculation 600*0.85*0.30,why is 0.85 also multiplied?
In 600-90-153,why is 9 deducted?Because 15% of callers are calling about obtaining a service contract and they have no contract reference number to know/forget. Only 30% of the remainder have a contract number they cannot remember.
90 is deducted for the same reason. 15% have no password or reference number. 15% x 600 = 90.
