Hi f4 tutor i need more understanding on the statute law topic of f4. Can i get some more clarifications on the topic please.
Thanks.
Hi
Statute law is the expression given to a piece of legislation that has gone through the various phases necessary for Parliament to enact a new piece of statute
Simply, it is an Act of Parliament that, when passed, is Statute Law
Is that ok?
Thanks a lot tutor! this has cleared all my confusion on Statute law. I’m grateful for your clarification.
You’re welcome
