Sir in a scenario problems where we have to decide that the person is an employee or self employed by considering some factors. So basically in these type of questions we have to apply economic reality test OR control and integration test?

Either or both … and then make your decision on the balance of probabilities
It’s a balanced scorecard that you’re looking at … but such a situation in an exam is not likely to leave you in the position of being a tribunal chair or a judge
