Can you please recommend a question on statue interpreation from Kaplan kit? or any past paper question on this topic which you think will be good enough to practice?
Sorry – I’ve lost track of them. There used to be one in the BPP revision kit, but they’ve dropped it in their latest edition
Actually we are following BPP text book and there they have writen hardly 2 or 3 lines about each rules which I think is not enough. So please suggest me if u can, tht from where I should read these rules?
Secondly i was going through past papers and i found this question in Dec 2009. That would help. In addition, have you tried google or wikipedia?
The past exam question is fine – but only for literal rule, golden rule, purposive approach and mischief rule. Mind you, the others always seem to be make-weights
