Hi Sir,
Could you help answer this question? I don’t understand the answer given in the book.
Which TWO of the following must be included on an employee’s statement of prescribed particulars given to them soon after they commence employment?
1) Job title
2) Entitlement to flexible working
3) Provision of training facilities
4) Details of pensions or pension schemes

Although it would be common for all four matters to be disclosed, the only two that are required to be shown / disclosed are (a) job title and (b) entitlement to flexible working
What does the book say that has left you so confused?
