Hi Sir,
On my understanding Statement of capital is made when the company is registered and made to the registrar and it contains some details in respect of the share capital.
My question is:
Should the statement of capital be changed and send to registrar when the company increases the capital issuing bonus share or share capital?
Thanks
Gabbi
The Registrar should be notified when new shares are issued whether that issue is by way of bonus, rights or new shares
The answer to your question therefore would appear to be “Yes”!
