Within how many days after winding upshould a statement of affairs be submitted by directors?
7 or 21?
Bpp says 21, kaplan 7But bpp also says statemnt of affairs should be submitted when requested within 11 days.
I’m very confused.Mu own understanding is that a Statement of Affairs should be made up to a date no more that 7 days before the date of the meeting to discuss the company’s financial problems!
I have no idea where BPP has got their 21 days from so there’s no point in asking! … unless you give me the FULL context in which BPP’s 21 days is noted
Then I shall try to understand the situation in which 21 days is appropriatre – they DO make mistakes … but only rarely!
