Hi, I have exemptions for f1 – f4 and f7. I am looking to complete the rest of the modules and complete my skills papers this year, by studying F5 and F6 in June and F8 and F9 in either september or december. I am struggling to choose between Kaplan or BPP and now i have stumbled across this site and wondering whether i need any of the above. can any body guide me in the right direction please.

Both are platinum approved learning providers with ACCA and both provide material which is good enough to pass the exams well. Which is ‘better’ comes down to personal preference.

I have always used Kaplan materials as I chose one randomly and stuck to it. It’s worked for me so far but others prefer BPP. As you are doing 2 exams, maybe choose one provider for one of them and one for the other and see which you prefer?

It’s possible to pass the exams without a study text just using the free OpenTuition notes and lectures but you WILL need a revision kit from one of the approved learning providers, which is a big book of questions and answers to practice with.

Thank you Chris much appreciated, I am drawn more towards Kaplan as it appears simpler to understand. Also they have a payment option which helps. I have registered to this site and I am looking in to the content available as I have been out of education for a few years now.
